Crafted for makers and professionals who refuse to settle, heavy polyester webbing delivers the strength and printability your most demanding projects require. Built from 100% polyester fibers and heat-set to reduce shrinkage and ghosting, it's engineered specifically for sublimation printing. Keep in mind that the larger weave, which is responsible for its exceptional strength, does sacrifice some image resolution, so bold, high-contrast designs work best.

Measuring 1 1/2 inches wide and approximately 0.08 inches (2.05mm) thick, this webbing balances flexibility with serious structure. With a tensile strength of 5,000 lbs, it handles high-demand applications without losing shape over time. Factory splices may be present in longer cuts. Do not exceed 25% of the listed tensile strength in load-bearing use, and note this product is not suitable for climbing or life-safety applications.
