YKK's innovative new buckle are perfect for outdoor gear. Sometimes you cannot see the buckle to fasten it, but this buckle's new streamlined shape paired with a large angular cut out socket allows the buckle to be fastened at a 30 degree angle. This makes no-look insertion easily attainable. Snow, dirt, and other debris will be pushed out because of the new design. Jamming and clogging will not be a concern during your hike.
D-rings, buckles, triglides, etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. These are made for use with 1 1/2" webbing and/or straps.
