Eligibility:

The draw is open to all customers who make a valid purchase on our website and leave a verified review on cbpetz.com

How to Enter:

• To participate in the draw, submit a verified review on cbpetz.com
• The customer must be logged in to the account they made the purchase with. Guest reviews are ineligible as we cannot verify the purchase.
• The prize draw runs monthly, starting from September 4, 2024
• Entries received from the first to the last day of each calendar month will be included in that month’s draw.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all verified reviews received within the calendar month.
• The winner will be chosen during the first working week of the following month.

The Prize:

• The winner will receive a $25 store credit to use at Country Brook Petz.
• Only non-returned items are eligible for the prize. Items that have been refunded are not eligible.
• The store credit will be applied to the winner's account.

Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be notified within 5 working days by email.
• The winner's first name, last initial, and location will be posted on this page each month

Claiming the Prize:

•  The winner must reply to the notification email within 14 days to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

General:

• Country Brook Petz reserves the right to cancel or amend any part of the prize draw if necessary.
•  Any changes to the terms and conditions or the cancellation of the draw will be posted on this webpage. It is the responsibility of entrants to stay informed of any changes.
