Scuba webbing is a versatile material, and this scuba duty belt is no exception. It's made with a blend of Nylon and Polypropylene. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications, including those around water. Nylon is a tough, lightweight, elastic synthetic polymer. Uses of this webbing include diving, carpenter, and utility belts, military and tactical utility, and more! If you need heavy-duty webbing that won't fold or roll, scuba webbing is a great choice for its sturdy, stiff weave. Thanks to its rugged design, this webbing offers durability and safety.
We recommend you use 2-inch hardware with this webbing. (D-Rings, Buckle, Triglides, etc.) These hardware items are designed with a specific webbing size in mind.
Please note that some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll without splices, please let us know.
Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good factory conditions. We strongly recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any webbing.
