This high quality Berry Compliant Lite Weight Nylon Webbing is made right in the U.S.A. This tightly woven style webbing has been used in tactical goods for generations. Also, Mil Spec webbings are manufactured to fit the established military specifications, so quality is guaranteed. Though this material is fairly thin, it offers a generous tensile strength of 1,000 lbs. Like most nylon webbing, if you decide to split the roll, the ends will need to be sealed with a flame or hot cutting tool.
The same Military-grade specifications that make this great for large jobs, are also useful for everyday crafters. Common uses of Mil Spec webbings are handles, restraints, cargo nets, parachute lining, and harnesses. Some craft possibilities include items such as: utility belts, holsters, apparel, accessories and more.
We recommend you use 1 inch hardware ( D-Rings, Buckle, Triglides etc. ) with this nylon webbing. Our hardware items are designed with a specific size of webbing in mind.
Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We strongly recommend that you use no more than 25% of the tensile strength of any webbing. It is up to the purchaser to conclude if the webbing is a proper choice for your project.
Please note that some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll without splices, please let us know.
