1 Inch Natural Super Heavy Blended Webbing

Country Brook Design’s 1 Inch Natural Super Heavy Blended Webbing is a cotton encased strap with extra weight construction. This webbing features a polypropylene core, an outer wrapping of cotton, and a polyester thread that binds the weave and prevents unraveling .The outer cotton fiber is easy on sensitive skin and won't cause chafing like other materials can. With the inner material consisting of polypro and polyester, this webbing offers a generous strength without a slick synthetic feel. Cotton is also dyeable, so it can match any color you need for your project! The most common use for this blended webbing is military belts; due to the durability and the soft cotton feel. However, it can be used in a number of applications including home furnishings, totes, fashion belts, apparel, and pet accessories. Because the tensile strength is greater than normal “pure cotton” webbing it can be used for light duty weight projects.Though the tensile strength is 422 lbs., we recommend you use no more than 25% of this strength. It is best to use 1 inch hardware with this blended webbing. D-rings, buckle, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with.
