- Lightweight and Durable | It has a tensile strength of 1,000 lbs. Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any webbing.

When your application requires a lighter touch, this Lite Weight Nylon Webbing is an excellent addition to your project. With a thickness of only .04 inches, it is a thinner alternative to other nylon webbings. This material is flexible and easy to work with, making it easier to use with hardware. Versatile enough to be used in abrasive and delicate situations; it is a very functional webbing. When purchasing hardware for this strapping, allot for a 5/8 inch make. Most hardware is designed for the width of applications it is going to be used with.
