We recommend you use 1" hardware with this polyester binding. (D-Rings, Buckle, Triglides etc.) These hardware items are designed with a specific size in mind. Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We strongly recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any binding.
