Scuba webbing is a versatile material, and this scuba duty belt is no exception. It's made with a blend of Nylon and Polypropylene. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications that can be around water. Nylon is a tough, lightweight, elastic synthetic polymer. Uses of this webbing include diving, carpenter, and utility belts, military and tactical utility, and more! If you need heavy-duty webbing that doesn't fold or roll over, scuba webbing is a great choice due to its sturdy, stiff weave. Thanks to its rugged design, this webbing is used to provide safety and toughness.
We recommend you use 2-inch hardware with this webbing. ( D-Rings, Buckle, Triglides, etc.) These hardware items are designed with a specific webbing size in mind.
Please note that some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll without splices, please let us know.
Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We strongly recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any webbing.
