We’re Becoming Country Brook Craft Supply — Here’s What That Means

If you’ve shopped with us for any length of time, you know we care a lot about clarity, quality, and community. Over the next 3–4 months, you’ll see those values reflected in a new way as Country Brook Design, Inc. begins doing business as Country Brook Craft Supply.

Why the change?

Simply put, our old name didn’t fully capture who we are and what we help you do. We’re a home for crafters, sewists, small businesses, and DIYers, who turn materials into finished goods. “Craft Supply” says that out loud. It makes it easier for new customers to discover us and immediately understand what we offer, while everything you rely on stays the same.

What’s not changing

  • Same ownership and leadership. We’re the same company you’ve trusted since 2003.
  • Same people and service. The team, phone number (855-272-8686), and support you know aren’t going anywhere.
  • Same products and standards. Quality, warranties, and sourcing remain unchanged.
  • Same legal entity. We continue as Country Brook Design, Inc.; this is a DBA (doing-business-as) name change.

What will change (gradually)

  • Brand appearance. You’ll start seeing Country Brook Craft Supply on our website, emails, packing slips, and packaging.
  • Website look & feel. We’re rolling out a refreshed design and an updated logo that better reflects the crafting community.
  • Search & discovery. You may find us more easily when searching for crafting supplies.

What you can expect during the transition

  • No account disruption. Your login, order history, saved addresses, and wholesale status (including the Small Business Wholesale Club) will continue to work as they do today.
  • Bookmarks still work. Old links will redirect to the updated site once changes go live.
  • Billing details. Our corporate details (EIN, W-9) remain the same. Depending on your payment provider, statements may reference the new name or the existing corporate name during the rollout.
  • Packaging & labels. Shipments may show either name for a short period while we finish the switchover.

Why now?

This update has been in the works for a while, guided by feedback from customers like you. As our catalog expanded beyond webbing and hardware into a broader range of crafting essentials, we wanted our brand to make that clear at a glance—without changing the dependable experience you count on.

  • Update internal records to reference “Country Brook Craft Supply (DBA of Country Brook Design, Inc.).”
  • Share feedback. If something looks off or you have suggestions, we want to hear them.
