Country Brook Design, Inc. has announced it will operate under the doing business as name Country Brook Craft Supply, a change meant to better reflect how far the company has grown since its founding in 2003. As CEO Troy Corbin explained, over the years customers led the company into something bigger, and the new name now more accurately represents its broader audience of crafters, sewists, and small business owners rather than positioning it primarily as a webbing retailer.
The legal entity, ownership, leadership, customer service, and product standards and warranties all remain unchanged. What is changing is the public facing branding across the website, packaging, and communications, along with how the company positions itself.
The transition rolls out gradually over several months, and customers can expect the same service quality and product reliability they already know while updated branding appears over time.
